Driver Appreciation & Care Program

For the most part the following Truck Stop ( OWNERS ) or managers have agreed with us to provide for YOU the driver, some sort of discount. These TRUCK STOPS are not Pilots, Flyin Hooks, or Big Travel centers. They are here for YOU! It's not about an $11.00 shower and over priced food!

Please *SHOW* your Commercial Drivers License and receive a 5% - 10% Discount on FOOD and possibly Showers if they are available!

HORTON on January 26, 2009 at 7:56am: OVERTIME: if your talking about the same pattys truck stop that i think you are its located on i75 north bound at adairsvll ga i think its exit 306 or 307 not sure of the number but the truck stop has been there for years at least i think its stll there been awhile since ive run that way. but the food is good if you like sothern cooking, the parking lot is paved now and the peope are friendly , one of my regular stopes when i run that way. woth doing byuisness with. its not a real big stop but it does have tire service and they can call a mechanic if you need it .

Comment by OverTime on January 17, 2009 at 9:51am: Right now I've talked to ( two ) truckstop owners / managers and one of them made a safe Haven when we Convoyed in Atlanta, GA.

I'll list them And show a map to where they are.
And yes, we need more small truck stops willing to HELP out the fellow Drivers!

HORTON on January 17, 2009 at 7:22am: now sadly i dont know many mom and pop truckstops any more but if i happen to run across one in my travels i always, always stop i remember all to well what they are , they were here long before the 76, the ta, or the flying hook which i dont stop at at all, these places out there today have gotten fancy in there looks inside and out BUT like the rest it all comes with a price and we in the business of trucking pay dearly for it seems like the more we do for them the less they do for us somthing wrong with that picture. it would be a god thing if you know of such a truck stop list it so we will no where they are located. id like it anyway.=====================j.r. horton
