- CSA 2010, how it affects the drivers, and finally DOT gets involved in implementing hours for motorcoach drivers. I think that not only will CSA possibly hurt the driver, but i think that companies who submit DAC reports that can be negligent to a drivers career. Hopefully since the CSA 2010 can affect the driver, that the companies will do what they can to keep up their equipment and offer drivers the ability to keep things legal. This falls on the shippers and recievers as well. I like the information here and look forward to more
