speed limiter fines--got me

well the super coop in vineland Ontario pulled me in for a class 2 inspection today. They are automatically checkin speed limiters now too as part of the inspection. I refused him pluggin into my jack, unless he signed a waiver stating he take full responsibility for any damages to my computer...he refused.He then claimed he was going to fine me for refusing. I told him I wasn't refusing...all he had to do was sign my paper. I am taking this to court. Will let you know the outcome. By the way the fine is $390.
